Graeme Boswell will be speaking on “A hybrid model of the development of fungal networks” as part of the special interest group “Mathematical modeling of fungal growth and function” that proceeds IMC9, the international mycology conference, which runs from the 1st to the 6th August in Edinburgh, UK.
IMC9 is the major mycology conference on the calender and draws a wide range of people who are interested in all aspects of mycology. This includes mathematical modellers and those experimentalists interested in utilising such approaches. Graeme Boswell will be speaking on aspects of his work on hybrid models of fungal growth in a special interest group meeting entitled Mathematical modeling of fungal growth and function that proceeds the main conference.
